Optima-CE is the first software package designed specifically for Consultants and data processing Bureaus.
Many Bureaus continue to use either simple inhouse databases (e.g. Access
) or spreadsheets, which soon become unwieldy and time consuming to maintain and make it difficult to keep track of data. Within the IT industry this is commonly known as "Spreadsheet Soup".
Optima-CE eliminates spreadsheet soup and dramatically improves performance and efficiency by providing easily managed access to all customer data within a robust, secure, multi-user database platform.
As well as offering all of the standard Optima features, there are over 30 additional program options included within the Consultants Edition.
One database can be used to hold all data. Customers are defined and filtered access will show only the selected customers sites. Account Managers are defined and linked to customers so that they can manage their portfolio by viewing only the sites that they need to work with.
For Energy Brokers, the Supplier relationship is managed seamlessly by the production of standard documents with details automatically completed from pre-defined templates and output directly into Microsoft Word. Tariffs can be imported electronically or created from user defined templates, and Broker Fees are included for calculation and output on relevant reports.
