Optima provides comprehensive administrator guides and will happily work with your IT staff to implement the software and build the database and test environment.

Data Migration
Whether you are upgrading to Optima from another software package or replacing an inhouse database or spreadsheets, there will undoubtedly be a large amount of data to be ported over into the new Optima database.

Optima has developed a wide range of import utilities. We can either support you as you migrate across the existing data or manage the process and build the database for you.

Integration
If your organisation requires integration testing of Optima before you introduce it into the live environment, the Optima team is happy to offer its services. We can also test integration with existing applications such as finance general ledgers, SAP or PeopleSoft.
