Helpdesk

Our Helpdesk is available from 09.00 am to 17.00 pm Mondays to Fridays (excluding public holidays), and provides the following services:

  • Assistance and/or advice with the use of the software
  • Assistance with the processing of Supplier EDI files, identification of data errors, configuration of tariffs or contracts to enable processing
  • Provision of new half hourly data import formats
  • Assistance with migration of data, and provision of standard re-process programs to migrate data in bulk
  • Provision of ad-hoc queries to allow data to be extracted from the database
  • Updates to Published Use of System and Transportation data

Software Assurance

New features are continually being added to the software to ensure that it remains as relevant as possible to our customers.  Software updates are available to download from our secure website, or for Hosted Customers this is all carried out for you seamlessly.
